Wood Preparation & Pre-treatments | Rubio Monocoat NZ

A great finish starts with good preparation. Rubio Monocoat Cleaner removes sanding dust before oiling, and WoodPrep opens the wood's pores for even oil absorption and more intense colour. Fill knot holes, cracks and gaps with Woodfiller Quick.

Want a look that oil alone can't achieve? PreColor Easy is a water-based stain applied before Oil Plus 2C, and Pre-Aging gives wood an authentic aged effect. Both must be finished with a Rubio Monocoat protection product.
